The mission of Holly Sweeney's Physical Literacy® Project is quite simple: to teach you how to enhance your physical capabilities while protecting your orthopedic health. Protecting orthopedic health means reducing chronic wear and tear injuries such as tendonitis, ligament strains, muscle pain, bursitis, joint stiffness and swelling. In the process of learning how to prevent these injuries, you will also refine your coordination and experience improved function of your muscles, tendons, and joints. As you practice Holly Sweeney’s method of Physical Literacy®, you will extend your ability to be active and mobile across your life span. Using the principles of Physical Literacy®, Holly offers Alexander Technique lessons to horseback riders in Bedminster, NJ, as well as Alexander Technique in New York City and classes in Traditional Yang Family Tai Chi in Montclair, New Jersey.
